English Translation

I keep smelling the fragrance of promise
I guess the wind that swept by you is passing by my side right now
Maybe it's a sunshine in my heart that shines on only you
It even embraces the painful scars

Love you
Bringing you up, I close my eyes tight once again
I love you. if I can fill up both your eyes
I love you. if I show you my laughter
I'd take everything under the starlight and give them to you
I love you. if I can convey this heart to you
I love you. if you teach that heart
I'll become like it in every way
Love you, love you, love you, forever

I'm walking, following you, hiding behind the moonlight
What do I do if you don't notice
Should I make another request to the clouds to rain again
So I can hold your wet heart

Love you
Bringing you up, I close my eyes tight once again
I love you. if I can fill up both your eyes
I love you. if I show you my laughter
I'd take everything under the starlight and give them to you
I love you. if I can convey this heart to you
I love you. if you teach that heart
I'll become like it in every way
Love you, love you, love you, forever

I'm a weirdo : )

Am I????
Sometimes, a small little things can make me happy for a day. But at times, even things that is not worth mentioning can make me vex for a whole day.

Basically, you can ignore the post above because it has nothing to do with the " Hot Spring Pool" that I'm going to blog later : )

Last Sunday, we followed grandpa to this "Hot Pool" Apartment to take a "hot shower". We used to come here very often simply because of the "hot spring therapy" but this was long long time ago and i think it has been almost two year that I've not come to this place.

According to grandpa's point of view( *it's also proven by balneologists) , he said that bathing in bicarbonate water that contained in hot spring can improve the blood circulation in human's extremities and at the same time it is good for those who have skin infections and inflammation.

Hot weather + Hot water + Hot pool = Hot Hot Hot

That's me and my dad

*But still, i prefer the hot spring at Sungai Klah = )

One final post for my Malacca Trip : )

Basically,we had a mini-barbecue at Stephenie's house one day before their "mission is accomplished" in Malacca.

Actually, their mission is to give me a "surprise" birthday.
After we were back from Jonker Street, three of them actually locked me in the room and they don't allowed me to escape till i manage to figure out what is the "Key words" to open the door and the only clue that they had given to me is to burst all the balloons : )

After spending 20minutes for bursting the balloons,

they finally brought in the cake

-The End-

Special thanks to

Laddies & Gentlemen,

The Hainanese Chicken Rice Ball is now served.

Sometimes, you may get bored with the "chicken rice" that you usually eat simply because it's just an ordinary plate of rice and noting special.
Anyway, have you ever think of trying something special or different for you meal??
If you have this feeling , i think Chicken Rice ball will be your best choice.haha..
In Malacca, the Chicken Rice is served uniquely in a round shape which they called it as Chicken Rice Ball.

For this Hainanese Chicken Rice Ball, i actually have two different places to recommend. Don't worry, they both serve the same food with similar taste just that the pricing is abit different : )

和 记

煌昌鸡饭 ( Huang Chang Chicken Rice Restaurant @ Taman Melaka Baru)

Owh, wait!! Before i forget ,there's one more recommended food to go : )

Popiah, My mom's favourite food =)
If not mistaken, this stall is located near the Red house in Malacca

Any recommended food in Malacca??

Oh yea..of course and there are plenty of Malay, Chinese and India dishes to savour. For example, the most famous Hainanese Chicken rice ball, Assam Curry fish and Satay Celup. However, the rich Peranakan culture in Malacca has also brought out a variety of delicious food which is known as "Nyonya Food". The Nyonya style of cooking is actually the result of a fusion between Chinese and Malay ingredients and recipes.

So, the first Nyonya Food that I recommend is the Nyonya Pineapple Tarts. I didn't know in Malacca they will have this Nyonya Pineapple tarts until Stephenie bought one for me to try on few months ago (p/s : The one that usually we eat during CYN is locally made and definitely not Nyonya) .
So, if you're looking for Malacca's local food , i think Nyonya Pineapple Tarts will be the a good choice. And, of course, you can find it easily at any shops along the Jonker Street.

The aroma of the pineapple tarts is strong enough to make you fall in love with it : )

Isn't great to have a cup of cendol when you are walking under a hot sun and you are so thirsty at the same time?! Yea,so let me bring you to DONALD & LILY's Nyonya House to have try. Well, from the name itself, we know this is a Nyonya-based restaurant that serve ONLY Nyonya Food and one of their famous food is the dessert - CENDOL.

It's sensationally sweet : )

Remember the Assam Curry Fish that i mentioned earlier?? No doubt, it's one of the famous food in Malacca too : )

Hing Long Taiwanese Noodles
Deep fried pork chop noodles. Correct me if I'm wrong :)
Basically, i can't remember where is this restaurant located but i know they have a branch in Petaling Jaya
SS 21/37, Damansara Utama.

Coming up next : Hainanses Chicken Rica Ball, Malacca

A week has wasted passed. From next week onwards, I will be super hectic and tough as all the assignments have been listed out during my first week of class : ( So, i guess the only time that I'm available for "networking" is on Friday.
--------------------------------

"A friend in need is a friend indeed". I'm pretty sure that all of you are familiar with this proverb.(It means a friend who helps when one is in trouble is a real friend). All these while, i thought that the person you helped , he/she will definitely turn up for you when you need their help . In fact, I'm too naive to think this way because people are selfish and is imperfect. You can't expect "your friend" to lend you a hand in future. No Way. Opps, I'm going too much : )
----------------------------------------------

Okay, here comes my Melaka Trip (I). It was a well-planned trip, i supposed : )

McQueck's Satay Steamboat

55cent per stick : ) where can get??

=)

p/s : I really appreciate for those who really help me : ) Thanks alot! *Hugz*

Farewell dinner with IYF members.

잘있으세요, Hyun Soo & Jung Yang

Jung Yang, huiThenG, Hyun Soo

*Hugz*

Another outdated post. Had a mini farewell dinner with four two of the IYF members before they are leaving for Korea.Yup, they are from Korean-Busan and have been staying in Malaysia for almost a year due to the IFY(International Youth Fellowship) program that they are joining. I'm not sure whether you still remember about the Korean class and some of the activities that I've blog previously? Well, these are actually part of the IFY program. I really enjoyed the time with all of them but too sad one by one they are going back to Korea.

**Am looking forward to the next batch of IYF members : )

jal isseosseo??(How are you doing)

Well, I know some of you maybe waiting for the *Melaka Trip* to be revealed.
I'm afraid I'm gonna failed you again because this is not about the Melaka post but is all about food and hopefully this will gives you a good appetite.

Did some cooking baking during my holiday. Though it seem to be a failure(minor) but i know someday, somehow i will definitely make it.
p/s: mom, please buy me more ingredients to "practice" : )

Name of the dish : Cheese baked chicken potato. ( or do you have any name better than this??haha )

Ingredients : 2Potatoes, 1 egg, chicken mince(you may replaced it with beef mince or crab meat), cheese slices

Direction :
1- Boiled the potatoes for about 15-20minutes and cut them into small cubes.
2- Heat the frying pan and add some oil. Add the chicken mince and cook till lightly browned. (you may add some seasoning too )
3- Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of potatoes cubes and chicken mince into each baking cup.
4- Beat the egg and pour it into each baking cup. Then, add some cheese slices on top of it.
5- Bake it 8-10 minutes or until light brown and puffed. Serve warm : )

Am I look too young to drive?? face problem??Haha..

Oh well, it happened to me on last Thursday at Terminal LCCT where I was blocked by the JPJ for no reason : )
Soon after I dropped my relatives at LCCT , I turned out to the junction beside the Tune Hotel. The cars were moving slow due to the JPJ roadblock.
So, when it comes to my turn to "pass by the eyes" of the JPJ, the abang waved at me and asking me to stop my car at the side(Only my car). Like those usual "conversation", he just asked for my driving license politely and where am i heading to. Anyway, he returned it to me after carefully "looking" at my driving license for a few times. (Means what?? To check whether am I a legal driver or maybe "face problem" : D )

I told my parent about it and both of them laugh and said maybe i look too young to drive the big car. >_< " lolx, maybe i should drive my ladybird(Kancil) next time.haha 1/1/2009, A chilling night at Look Out Point : )
